In 2015, our dear friend Dominic Sciacca was diagnosed with a Glioblastoma, and the prognosis was bleak.

Over the next 2 years, we saw first hand the challenges that a kid battling this horrible disease goes through and the immense burdens placed on the family.  On August 19, 2017, Dom lost his battle, but his memory lives on through the Smiles UP foundation.
